Maryland Brush Company is proud to be an employee-owned firm that provides quality stock and custom industrial brush products and related merchandise at reasonable prices to the metalwork, rubber, pipeline/welding and other industries. All of our employee owners make it their goal to produce and deliver on-time, quality products that exceed our customers’ requirements. We have a reputation for our flexibility and our ability to react quickly to customers’ needs in today’s competitive global marketplace.
Our in-house Engineering and Applications teams constantly work to rethink and improve every step of the application process, from improving surface finish quality to lowering end-of-service costs. Having these critical teams in-house allows us to provide customers with stock and custom solutions quickly, efficiently, and with the utmost control. TIMELINE
1851 - Established as a supplier of paint and maintenance brushes.
1901 - Acquired by PPG Industries
1932 - Power Brush Division established; this division remains a market leader today
1972 - Roller Cover Division established
1990 - Incorporated as Maryland Brush Company, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company.
